Chai has been consumed in India for 5000 years. From its ancient origins in Ayurvedic medicine to becoming an established menu item in your favoite coffee shop, chai is taking the world by storm. Learn the history and evolution of chai, as well as traditional and modern preparations of the beverage.

In this workshop we will demonstrate the art of blending the perfect cup of chai. From sourcing and tasting to cutting and mixing, you will learn what goes into our most popular tea. Discover the ease of brewing your own chai latte concentrates at home and learn how to create your very own
chai beverage using tea and basic ingredients.
